According to a recent leak from Chiphell, AMD is reportedly working on an RDNA 4 GPU featuring up to 32GB of VRAM, potentially positioning itself as a direct competitor to Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5090.

High-End GPU Planned for 2025

Despite previous reports that AMD had halted development on a higher-tier RDNA 4 GPU for various reasons, this new information suggests otherwise. The unnamed graphics card is expected to launch sometime in the first half of 2025. While its final VRAM capacity remains unconfirmed, sources indicate it could reach 32GB, making it one of the most memory-heavy consumer GPUs in AMD’s lineup.
