Linksys Awarded for Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power

On November 20, Linksys has been awarded to be rank top by J.D. Power & Associates. The award was given to Linksys for being high ranked in Wireless Router Satisfaction Report 2018 issued by the J.D. Power.

Since its inception in 2015, J.D. Power has been issuing the satisfaction reports based upon the feedback of the owner purchased router during 12 month prior period of the report fielding.

The report is comprised of 10 measuring factors bearing a scale of 1000 points. 10 Factors of routers including Wi-Fi range, connection restoration easiness, uploading and downloading speed, reliability, easiness in using, price, user interface promptness, range of features, security measures and customer service has been used by the J.D. Power to measure the satisfaction level of the customers using a router for wireless (WiFi) connectivity.
